Returns & Exchange Policy

At Pine and Pearl, we take great care in delivering quality products that meet your expectations. Since each piece is made with love and in limited quantities, we do not offer returns. However, we do allow exchanges and offer store credit in specific cases as outlined below.

1. Return Policy (For Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

We do not offer refunds. Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and a store credit (credit note) will be issued upon approval.

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at shoppinenpearl@gmail.com, with clear photos and your order details.

  • Requests after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or replacement.

  • Approved returns will receive a credit note valid for future purchases, not a refund.

2. Exchange Policy (For Size or In-Between Styles)

We allow one exchange per dress, per order, for size-related or in-between style adjustments, subject to product availability.

  • An exchange fee of ₹100 will be applicable to cover logistics and handling.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In original packaging

    • With tags intact and in sellable condition

3. Exchange Process

  • Once your request is approved, you must ship the item back at your own expense.

  • After inspection, we will dispatch the new size/style within 3–5 business days.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit note or offer a different item of similar value.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges or returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or pre-ordered products

  • Items returned without original packaging or in damaged/used condition

5. Important Notes

  • Please review our size chart carefully before ordering.

  • Only one exchange is allowed per item, per order.

  • Pine and Pearl reserves the right to reject exchanges or returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
