1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship all orders across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email or message confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, deliveries usually take 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, strikes, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1299.
A flat shipping charge of ₹80 applies to all orders below ₹1299.

5. Tracking Your Order

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and complete.
Pine and Pearl is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned to us due to non-availability at the address or refusal to accept the package, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.
